Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is procuring to create a framework with a maximum of two suitably qualified contractors to carry out minor civil engineering works with a proven background of highway maintenance works in an urban environment, to include but not limited to minor highway maintenance including kerbs, drainage and footway paving, small local safety schemes including road markings, high friction surfacing, off highway resurfacing of car parks, playgrounds and other paved areas.
