Procurement for St Thomas Energy Project - Energy as a Service (EaaS) Solution for GSTT

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust has awarded an 8-year Strategic Energy Partner Framework Agreement to Meridiam (supported by Dalkia Energy Services Ltd) for an Energy as a Service delivery model to modernise its estate, with St Thomas' Hospital as the initial site and potential for future projects across the Trust and other public sector organisations in South East London. The estimated maximum value of £2 billion reflects the potential total of all call-off contracts under the framework, though the Trust makes no financial commitment at this stage and actual spending will be determined through separate governance and approval processes for individual projects.
