Overview

The Guinness Partnership Limited is procuring six regional multi-disciplinary contracts for mechanical and electrical, and plumbing servicing, repairs and installations across domestic and communal properties in the UK. The M&E services cover air conditioning, ventilation, laundry, renewables, door entry, automatic doors, barriers, gates, warden call, CCTV, TV aerials, BMS and fall arrest systems, while plumbing services include water, sewage, sump pump and borehole work. The contracts are split into three M&E lots and three plumbing lots covering North West/Greater Manchester/Yorkshire/Humberside, Home Counties/London/South East, and South West regions, each let on a 5+5+5 year arrangement with an estimated value of £65.5 million.

    The contract scope is for servicing, repairs and sometimes installations of both domestic and communal Mechanical and Electrical systems in the North West, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire & Derbyshire regions. This includes, but is not limited to: Air Conditioning Automatic doors, gates, barrier Door Entry, access control, CCTV Fall Arrest Equipment Playgrounds Laundry equipment TV aerials Ventilation and Heat recovery systems Warden Calls Renewables is included in the contract scope as an option and Plumbing related repairs may be requested if there is a site wide ME+P related failure.
