Overview

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council seeks a conservation architect-led multidisciplinary design team to support the Development phase of the Reimagining Margam Castle project, which has secured National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) Round 1 funding and runs until February 2028. The appointed consultant will serve as lead consultant, lead designer, and principal designer (CDM) and must include conservation architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, and structural and civil engineering disciplines, with conservation accreditation and demonstrable experience in large complex heritage settings and scheduled monuments or listed buildings.
