CCTV Camera Systems and Associated Services for Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is seeking tenders for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of public space surveillance and civic accommodation CCTV camera systems, access controls, and physical barriers, together with planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair services for automatic vehicle gates and access barriers. The contract includes emergency call-out services with four-hour and twenty-four-hour response times, integration of CCTV networks across civic buildings with the Genetec VMS platform, and migration from third-party analogue fibre optic rental to a more cost-effective transmission solution. This is currently in the planning stage with an estimated value of £620,830 and a submission deadline of 18 June 2026.
