Overview
The requirement is for a seamster service for Service personnel to ensure that standards are maintained in accordance with BRd3(1) para 3702 “Uniform identifies all members of the Naval Service (https://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/reference-library/brd3-volume-1). High standards of dress, deportment and grooming are universally recognised as marks of a trained, disciplined, and professional Service and Commanding Officers are to ensure that their personnel always maintain the required standards. Modified or idiosyncratic dress is indicative of an inefficient and undisciplined Service.” These services include the necessary alterations to Uniform Clothing together with the sewing on of required insignia and decorations.
