Supply of Training, Learning and Development Solutions

Kent County Council established a framework agreement for the supply of training, learning and development solutions, worth an estimated £750 million. Awarded in May 2025 to 14 suppliers including KPMG LLP, Reed Learning Ltd, The University of Kent and others, the framework enables the council to procure consultancy, bespoke and off-the-shelf training courses, platform provision, and associated support services across diverse topics including business skills, leadership, compliance, digital technology and wellbeing. Services encompass full delivery support such as account management, helpdesk support, venue management, reporting and learning management software provision.
