Overview
Browne Jacobson produced a precedent Grant Funding Agreement (GFA) template for the Integrated Settlement programme and were appointed using a Stakeholder Led (under £10k) one quote exercise. The WMCA now requires additional GFA templates to be produced which will be used (inter-alia) in the following circumstances-

II. Third party GFA for WMCA to pass funding onto third parties.
III. Third sector Grant Letter for WMCA to pass small grants onto voluntary sector organisations and charities.
The supplier has been appointed via Commercials Services Group (CSG) Framework (Ref: Y21012). CSG is the trading function of Kent County Council.
