    Die DAK-Gesundheit entwickelt Anwendungen im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz (nachfolgend kurz „KI“) und Maschinelles Lernen (nachfolgend kurz „ML“), die sowohl lokal als auch cloud-basiert in Containern bereitgestellt werden. Durch den Einsatz dieser Technologien ist sie wirtschaftlich sehr erfolgreich. Sämtliche Build-Prozesse für die Entwicklung der Anwendungen laufen vollautomatisiert. Die Produktionssysteme werden in Form von Containern im Rechenzentrum von der BIT-MARCK Technik (nachfolgend kurz „BMT“ genannt) in Hamburg betrieben. Für die cloudbasierte Entwicklung nutzt die DAK-Gesundheit die Microsoft Azure Plattform mit Azure Virtual Desktop (nachfolgend kurz „AVD“). Die weitere Ausschreibung für Cloud-Betrieb des Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) wird zeitnah starten. Aktuell sind rund fünfzig (50) KI-Arbeitsplätze in der Azure-Umgebung der DAK-Gesundheit eingerichtet und produktiv im Einsatz. Diese KI-Arbeitsplätze laufen auf AVD und ermöglichen einen flexiblen sowie leistungsfähigen Zugriff auf alle zur Entwicklung der Anwendungen im vorgenannten Bereich erforderlichen Ressourcen. Die DAK-Gesundheit benötigt für das Management, die Bereitstellung sowie Pflege, Wartung und Support dieser Umgebungen, deren performante Anbindung sowie der darauf laufenden vorgenannten Entwicklungsprozesse und ihre konsequente Weiterentwicklung die Unterstützung eines externen Microsoft Solution-Partners.
