Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst u.a. folgende Leistungsbestandteile: ? Betreffend Serviceerbringung durch BITMARCK: o Unterstützung der Transition und Transformation (nachfolgend kurz "T & T" genannt) im Sinne der Umsetzung der zukünftigen Service-Landschaft ? Unterstützung der IT der DAK-Gesundheit bei der Erstellung der Feinplanung zur Umsetzung der T & T in Abstimmung mit der BITMARCK ? Aufbau des Serviceklassenmodells für SLAs, inklusive Definition der Messpunkte, -verfahren und Bezugspunkte (Leistungsscheine, Leistungsobjekte oder Applikationen) ? Umsetzung des SLA-Systems und des neuen Preismodells, inklusive Reporting und Unterstützung in der Adjustierung von Prozessen und Aktivitäten der Dienstleister-Steuerung ? QS des Transitions- und Transformationsfortschritts im Sinne der Sicherstellung der Umsetzung des zukünftig zu erbringenden Serviceschnitts und der vereinbarten Serviceinhalte (Service und Qualitäten) o Parallel zur Neuausrichtung der Serviceerbringung gegenüber der DAK-Gesundheit erfolgt eine umfassende Umstrukturierung der BITMARCK. Alle aktuell bestehenden GmbH"s werden unter einem Dach in eine verschlankte Holding zusammengeführt und der Fokus der Leistungserbringung von B2B auf B2B2C erweitert. Durch die Nutzung von Synergien und optimierter Abläufe sollen neben den Krankenkassen auch die Versicherten selbst profitieren, indem deren digitale Versorgung auf ein neues Level gehoben wird.
