Der Auftraggeber versorgt die Menschen in der Region Sulzbach in den Bereichen Strom, Erdgas, Trinkwasser und Wärme. Das Unternehmen wird von Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Reiner Stephan als Geschäftsführer geleitet. Der Auftraggeber setzt für die Abwicklung der kaufmännischen Prozesse und der Lieferantenprozesse bisher SAP-Systeme ein, die von einem IT-Dienstleister betrieben werden. Da diese nach dem 01.01.2027 aus verschiedensten Gründen nicht mehr genutzt werden können, sucht der Auftraggeber jetzt eine Nachfolgelösung als SAP SaaS-Lösung. Aufgrund der stetig steigenden Anforderungen an Energieversorger und der digitalen Transformation in der Energiewirtschaft sucht der Auftraggeber jetzt eine SAP SaaS-Lösung, die effiziente Prozesse unterstützt, die Best-Practices der Branche als Standard bietet und laufend weiterentwickelt wird, um jederzeit die gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen erfüllen zu können. Der Auftraggeber erwartet insofern vom Anbieter der Lösung, dass die jeweils gültigen regulatorischen Anforderungen zu jedem Zeitpunkt des Projektes/des Betriebs sichergestellt werden. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die beigefügten Vergabeunterlagen, hier insbesondere auf Anlage 2.1 Leistungsbeschreibung, verwiesen.
