Multi-Party Framework Agreement for HSE DT Services Framework 2024 – FW01: Minor Capital Works – project value €0M - €1M excl. VAT (no delineation between acute/non-acute capital works) for Limerick

The Health Service Executive (HSE) has established a multi-party framework agreement for design team services supporting minor capital works projects valued €0–€1M excluding VAT in the Limerick region. The framework covers six lots across architectural, quantity surveying, building services engineering, civil/structural engineering, energy efficiency design, and assigned certification disciplines, with the initial project being a fabric upgrade and renewable technology retrofit at Community Hospital of the Assumption in Thurles. The framework was awarded on 12 November 2025.
