Servicii de asistenţă tehnică și mentenanță pentru adaptarea şi dezvoltarea soluţiei faţă de modificările legislative şi de business: - minim 80 zile om; - maxim 340 zile om. Estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord – cadru: 1. Servicii de asistenţă, suport tehnic și mentenanță pentru baze de date ORACLE şi MySQL, Sisteme de operare AIX şi SOLARIS, back-up Tivoli, Sistem de virtualizare ORACLE VM: - minim 80 zile om; - maxim 112 zile om, 2.
