Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueen Tyks sairaalapalveluiden tarpeeseen hankitaan julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annetun lain (1397/2016, ”hankintalaki”) 26 §:n EU- kynnysarvon ylittävänä suorahankintana magneettinavigointilaitteen huoltopalvelua Stereotaxis, Inc:lta. ajalle 17.7.2026-16.7.2031. Magneettinavigointi -laitteen huoltosopimus voidaan ottaa vain laitetoimittajalta Stereotaxis, Inc.:lta. Stereotaxis, Inc:n huoltopalvelu takaa laitevaatimuksille perustuvat lakisääteiset (Laki lääkinnällisestä laitteesta 719/2021) määräaikaishuollot, jotka ovat välttämättömiä laitteen toimintakyvyn ylläpitämiseksi. Kyseinen laite on välttämätön osaston toiminnalle. Laitevalmistajan hyväksymä tai kouluttama henkilö suorittaa sopimuksen mukaiset valmistajan määrittämät laitteen huoltotoimenpiteet, sekä vikakorjaukset mukaan lukien määräaikaishuollot ja niihin tarvittavat osat.
