Tilaajan ja Toimittajan välillä on solmittu kotihoidon asiakkaiden kauppapalvelun hoitamista koskeva sopimus ajalle 1.5.2026 - 31.3.2028. Sopimuskauden aikana Varhalle on syntynyt tarve laajentaa sopimusta koskemaan myös Someron asiakkaita. Sopimusmuutos voidaan tehdä julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annetun lain (1397/2016, hankintalaki) 136 §:n 2 momentin 3 kohdan nojalla, koska alueella toiminut yritys on lopettanut toimintansa ja alueen asiakkaat siirtyvät Varhan ostopalvelutuotannon piiriin.
