Cycle 2 - MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR HSE DESIGN TEAM SERVICES FRAMEWORK 2024 - FRAMEWORK 01: MINOR CAPITAL WORKS - PROJECT VALUE EUR 0M - 1M EXCL. VAT (no delineation between acute or non-acute capital works). This framework will include the following design team disciplines (Lots): Lot 1: Architect (AR) as Principal Service Provider with the following specialist domestic sub-consultants or in-house specialisms: a. Planner (PL), b. Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), c. Employer's Representative (ER), d. Fire Safety Consultant (FSC), and e. BIM Information Manager (BIM). Lot 2: Quantity Surveyor (QS) as Principal Service Provider. Lot 3: Building Services Engineer (M+E) as Principal Service Provider. Lot 4: Civil / Structural Engineer (C+S) as Principal Service Provider. Lot 5: Energy Efficient Design Facilitator (EEDF) as Principal Service Provider. Lot 6: Assigned Certifier (AC) as Principal Service Provider. The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders under the Simplified Procedure from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of design team services (including Specialist Skills Providers) per the above Lot listing, under the existing Multi-Party Framework Agreement for each Lot type, to award call-off contracts for Minor Capital Works - project value EUR 0M - 1M excl. VAT within RHA E Limerick (Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary). Please note that the initial project forming Framework 01 for this regional / sub-regional office will be: Energy and Refurbishment Upgrades to Unit 10, St. Joseph's Campus, Mulgrave Street, Co. Limerick. Note: This CfT replaces the previous Cycle 2 CfT (ID 4424098) following a review of EO eligibility. All EOs who qualified in Cycle 1 will be invited to participate.
