De Leie Zone B2.3 te Zulte, Dentergem en Wielsbeke start ter hoogte dwarsprofiel KP 5650 en loopt tot KP 8450 ter hoogte van rechteroever én de volledige zone opwaarts zone B1 (van KP 9400 tot KP 10300, linker- en rechteroever). Linkeroever afwaarts behoort niet tot zone B2.3 en zit dus niet vervat in onderhavige aanbesteding.
