Grounds Maintenance Services Nationwide

Clúid Housing is inviting tenders from suitably qualified grounds maintenance service providers to provide services on Clúid Housing schemes nationwide. For further information on the tender and service requirements, please review the documentation published with this notice. The service requirements have been divided into 7no. lots based on the geographical location of Clúid Schemes. Tenderers are invited to tender for one of more Lots, however they will be required to demonstrate that they meet the financial and technical requirements to deliver multiple lots simultaneously. Site visits will be facilitated 8th-10th January by prior arrangement only. If you are interested in availing of a site visit for one or more schemes, please notify Clúid Housing via the eTenders messaging portal before 3rd January 2025 at the very latest so that your request can be accommodated.
