Atlantic Technological University is seeking a General Works Contractor and Principal Supply Chain Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person for the refurbishment and upgrade of educational facilities at its Connemara Campus in Letterfrack, Co. Galway. The works include refurbishment of Machine Hall 1, Machine Hall 3, Computer Laboratory, Design Studio, staff offices and circulation areas, with internal alterations, new finishes, platform lift installation, and upgrades to mechanical and electrical services, to be executed within a live operational university environment that includes protected structures.
