WCCC24 304 Winterval Festival Management Services 2025-2028

Waterford City and County Council invites suitably qualified companies to tender for an initial one-year contract, with the option, at the sole discretion of the awarding authority, to extend for a further two periods of one year each (max 3 years total), to be responsible for Event Management of the Winterval Christmas Festival starting with the 2025 event. The scope of services required are (but not limited to) the Programming, Festival Management, Production Management, PR and Marketing and Management of the Festival Markets. This contract will commence on 1st April 2025 until 31st March 2026 (12 months) with 2 extensions of 12 months available after annual review by WCCC after the event.
