Children Who Use Harm

South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority is planning a competitive procurement for a South Yorkshire-wide Children Who Use Harm programme to support children and young people aged 10–17 who display harmful behaviours toward family members, along with support for affected parents, carers, and siblings. The service will deliver trauma-informed, whole-family interventions including assessment, risk management, therapeutic support, safeguarding coordination, and multi-agency collaboration across community venues, Family Hubs, schools, and online channels, with an estimated value of £2.6 million and funding dependent on Home Office confirmation through March 2029.
