MD26098 - Plan Mid Devon Green Infrastructure Strategy

Mid Devon District Council is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare the Plan Mid Devon Green Infrastructure Strategy, which will establish a baseline of existing green infrastructure, assess impacts of planned growth (approximately 6,000 dwelling allocations over 2026–2046), and provide mitigation and enhancement recommendations for the emerging Local Plan. The deliverables include baseline assessments, site evaluations, policy recommendations, a delivery plan, and editable GIS outputs, with work scheduled from November 2026 to June 2027 and a budget of approximately £30,000–£35,000 including VAT.
