Framework Agreement for the provision of Gas Tightness Testing

Staffordshire County Council is establishing a framework agreement for gas tightness testing services across approximately 420 corporate and school properties, primarily in Staffordshire with some located in Cheshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands. The work involves visual inspection and tightness testing of gas pipework installations, ventilation testing where applicable, and production of compliance reports against current British Standards and Gas Safety Regulations. The framework will serve County Council properties, Local Education Authority maintained schools, and may extend to Academy, Fire Service and other customer properties through the managing agent.
