Boiler Plantroom Refurbishment Works at Colley House, Uxbridge

The London Borough of Hillingdon is procuring a contractor to undertake complete refurbishment of the communal boiler plantroom and heating infrastructure at Colley House, including replacement of boiler plant, mechanical and electrical services, gas infrastructure, BMS controls, ventilation, water treatment equipment, and 84 heat interface units within occupied dwellings, along with temporary heating provision and residents' liaison services. The estimated contract value is £300,000, with tenders due by 29 July 2026, and works will be governed by the JCT 2024 Minor Works Contract with Contractors Design.
