Clanfield Junior School - Refurbishment of Former Pool Changing Rooms

Hampshire County Council awarded VDL Southern Ltd a contract worth £91,074 on 17 June 2026 to refurbish former pool changing rooms at Clanfield Junior School. The works include creating three new toilet spaces (one accessible, two single-use) with new sanitaryware, wall cladding, and flooring, replacing timber doors and windows with aluminium units, repairing external render, installing mesh fencing and paving, and addressing underground drainage remediation. The project is scheduled to run over ten weeks from April through August 2026, including four weeks during term time and the six-week summer holiday, with the contractor required to provide welfare facilities and maintain secure segregation from the school.
