Refurbishment works to 4 seasons Learning Centre

North Northamptonshire Council appointed KBCO LTD on 17 May 2026 to undertake refurbishment and maintenance works to the Four Seasons Learning Centre in Kettering, valued at £5,917.75. The scope comprised external repairs including rainwater goods maintenance, masonry repointing, drainage clearance, and waterproofing treatments, alongside internal works such as skirting board replacement, plaster reinstatement, redecoration, and mechanical maintenance to preserve the building's condition and operational safety. The contract has been completed.
