Great Places Housing Group is seeking suppliers for an Open Framework to provide bulk construction materials to Terra Nova, its in-house new build construction arm, over an eight-year period with annual re-competition cycles. The framework will cover bulk bricks, blocks, and first and second fix joinery timber, with call-offs to be made on a scheme-by-scheme basis either with or without further competition.
