CPG/12127/2026 - Air Conditioning Replacement and Installation Services for the BE in Buenos Aires, Argentina

The British Embassy in Buenos Aires requested capital funding to progressively replace the HVAC units at the HMA’s Residence in Buenos Aires. Given the scale of the works, the project was structured and approved to be delivered in four phases to allow for operational continuity and budget management. The current request relates to Phase 2 of the programme, which includes the replacement of 12 HVAC units. Capital funding has been granted for this phase, with an allocated installation budget. Post successfully completed Phase 1, during which 16 units were replaced. Daikin Argentina S.A. was appointed for both equipment supply and installation, and their performance during that stage was excellent, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with technical standards, and minimal disruption to operations.
