Little Missenden Play Area

Little Missenden Parish Council is procuring the design, supply, and installation of a new children's play area for ages 2–11 years at Little Missenden play area, with a budget of £54,000 (ex VAT). The scope includes removing old wooden equipment while retaining existing modern features, installing new inclusive and accessible equipment compliant with EN 1176/EN 1177 standards, and providing improved safety surfacing suitable for year-round use in a conservation area. Tenderers must be current Association of Play Industries members and deliver a complete design-and-build package with a simplified construction plan addressing site access, welfare, fencing, and community impact mitigation.
