S4 Phase 0 - Vendor Services

Leveraging SAP Professional Services, specifically the SAP Value Assurance Support Services, to collaborate with Sellafield Ltd and strategic partner PwC in delivering a Phase 0 preparatory exercise. This engagement will support the initial planning and readiness activities for the forthcoming transition to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. This will include: System Analysis Report (Readiness Check, BSR Report) • Business Scenario & Value Mapping (Simplification Items, Preliminary Results) As-is and To-Be Application Architecture Evaluated Implementation Strategy High-Level Roadmap (Road mapping / Value Case) Open Issues (Solution, Technical) Attendance at various Phase 0 workshops hosted by PWC.
