Overview

Westminster City Council is seeking an independent supplier to deliver audit and asset management services for its Highways & Public Realm Contract, with an estimated value of £2.575 million. The supplier will provide performance audit, commercial and cost assurance, technical assurance, asset-management strategy development, and social value verification, supported by use of the Council's IT systems and reported through audit plans, monthly performance reports, and annual innovation reports. The contract is on NEC4 Term Service Contract terms for an initial three-year period from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030, with options for two further one-year extensions.
