Community Care Inform Adults - Supported Partner Subscription

This procurement is for a 3‑year subscription agreement between West Northamptonshire Council (Adults' Services) and Community Care Inform for the provision of Community Care Inform Adults at Supported Partner level. The service provides access to specialist resources, guidance, and tools to support adult social care professionals in their practice.
