Ambient Voice Technology (“AVT”) Solutions

Digital Health & Care Wales is seeking to establish an Open Framework Agreement for Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) solutions valued at approximately £10 million, to support NHS Wales organisations and General Medical Services providers. The AVT solutions will capture and convert patient and caregiver conversations into structured clinical documentation outputs, incorporating features such as real-time speech-to-text transcription, AI summarisation, automated clinical coding, and integration with GP systems like EMIS Web. The framework is designed to improve clinical documentation efficiency and enable clinicians to focus on patient care while maintaining accurate records.
