To develop guidance on MHA s117 after-care assessment, planning and review and the interface with other legislation and frameworks, including the Care Act, the Mental Capacity Act and the NHS Continuing Healthcare framework.
A launch event (in the form of a webinar) will be arranged once the guidance is complete.
