NENC026 Trauma Intervention and Bereavement Counselling for Children NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board

NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board has awarded a 12-month contract worth £165,000 to Tyneside and Northumberland Mind to deliver trauma intervention and bereavement counselling services for children and young people aged 4–30 years across the North East and North Cumbria. The contract was awarded directly under urgency provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 to provide immediate support to those affected by suicide and traumatic death, with aims to reduce stigma and develop relationships with statutory and mental health providers.
