Decom Mission Buddy System

The Energy Leadership Exchange is an innovative peer-to-peer learning initiative that connects professionals from nuclear and oil & gas industries. Its goal is to tackle the shared challenge of decommissioning—a critical issue for both industries as they work to safely, efficiently, and sustainably remove energy infrastructure of the past and regenerate sites and skills. Based upon prior experience in sports coaching, The Energy Leadership Exchange pairs professionals based on their decommissioning challenges. This isn't a one-way mentoring relationship—both parties are equals, learning from each other’s experiences, in a 28 week facilitated process led by Decom Mission.
