Overview

The Met Office procured a dual-track live event production service for the Momentum User Workshop held 9–13 June 2025, comprising approximately 33.5 hours of broadcast from two conference rooms. Bitpod was awarded the contract for 12,839.86 GBP on 18 June 2025 to provide full event production including camera, sound, and streaming equipment; stage setup with PA systems; MS Teams platform coordination; and delivery of edited HD video files. The service encompassed communications planning, speaker coordination, technical event management, and on-site production and recording of the event.
