Overview

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership established a framework agreement for the provision of outsourcing and insourcing clinical, surgical, and diagnostic procedures across multiple medical disciplines including cardiology, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, and imaging services. The framework, split into five lots covering outsourcing, insourcing with and without equipment, and facility-based services, was awarded on 31 March 2025 to six providers: AM Diagnostic Imaging Ltd, Cardioscan Ltd, Concept Care Solutions, Medicare Insourcing Services Ltd, Physiological Measurements Limited, and SAH Diagnostics Ltd, with a total contract value of £600 million.
