HAC6050: Adult Weight Management Tier 2 (Specialist)

Tower Hamlets Public Health currently commission two specialist tier 2 weight management programmes for adults with learning disabilities (contract value £50,000) and physical disabilities (£60,000) on rolling one-year contracts. The current contracts expire on 28th February 2025. This procurement is in relation to four-year a single-supplier framework, split into two lots (one for learning disabilities and one for physical disabilities), whereby annual call-offs will be issued in line with available budget for the year The estimated value for the full four year term is £440,000
