Holiday Activities and Food Schemes 2025 Easter Provision

Hampshire County Council have run a mini competition to award call off contracts under the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme framework referenced CS19177. This mini competition will cover the Easter period for 2025 (05th April 2025 - 21st April 2025). The purpose of these services will be to deliver healthy free holiday activities for benefits-eligible Free School Meal children. Following the exercise, gaps were identified for the 2025 Easter provision as applications were not received that would service the Authority's priorities in eight locations. As such, the authority has had to award contracts to suppliers to address need in those eight localities, These are single-tender direct awards.
