MOPAC is seeking to procure a provider to appraise previous and current actions taken by itself and partners, and to make recommendations on the further development of this work, to maximise impact and transparency.
This appraisal should consider:
•The commitments in the Action Plan to Reduce Ethnic Disproportionality in Youth Justice, their monitoring, delivery and impact.
•The delivery and impact of the Disproportionality in Youth Justice Challenge Fund projects.
•The setup, delivery and impact of the four Adult Ethnic Disproportionality Working Groups.
•Previous and current transparency to the public and third sector on these actions.
