Marketing & Sale of Residential Properties

Stockton on Tees Borough Council act as Court appointed Deputy to manage client's property & financial affairs and are authorised in the sale of residential properties under a Court of Protection Order. Bids are required to undertake the marketing and sale of residential properties on behalf of the Department for clients for whom the Local Authority acts as Deputy, under a Court of Protection Order. As such the Council will recover the reasonable costs of the work through the Order and costs will be paid by the Conveyance Solicitor on completion of sale.
