Atgyweirio To Canolfan Gymunedol Aberfan Aberfan Community Centre Roof Repairs

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking contractors for roof structure repair works to the sports hall at Aberfan Community Centre, with an estimated value of £100,000. The scope includes scaffolding erection, removal and reinstatement of roof tiles, re-bracing and re-alignment of existing trusses, supply and installation of new engineered timber roof members, new bracing systems, lateral restraint straps, and replacement of roof battens and membranes. The project aims to rectify identified structural defects and restore long-term structural stability and safety to the building.
