Provision of Personal Care and Support to Tenants in Extra Care Housing

Darlington Borough Council is procuring personal care and domestic support services for tenants in Extra Care Housing across four borough schemes comprising 154 units. The service will provide regulated care to older people aged 55 and over, younger individuals with assessed needs, and people with various conditions including dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and palliative care needs.
