Overview

London Borough of Croydon is procuring employment support services through the Mayor's Employment Fund (MEF) to address above-average unemployment and economic inactivity in the borough. The fund is divided across four main lots totalling approximately £950,000: youth provision for 16–24-year-olds (three sub-lots, £175,000), specialist support for care experienced young people (£75,000), employment support for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness (three sub-lots, £175,000), and targeted provision for veterans and their families (£50,000), plus a small grants and community events strand. Bidders may be awarded a maximum of one contract as sole or lead provider and one additional contract as a named partner or sub-contractor, with submission deadline 11 September 2026.
