Overview

The City of Rosenheim is procuring timber framing and roofing works in accordance with DIN 18334, 18338, and 18351 standards. The scope includes approximately 1,900 m² of cross-laminated timber walls, 570 m² of glulam ceilings, 55 m³ of glulam roof construction with approximately 1,800 linear metres of pre-cutting, OSB roof sheathing of around 850 m², wood fibre roof insulation (160–220 mm) of approximately 730 m², clay tile roof covering of about 950 m², and white fir facade cladding with wood fibre insulation (200 mm) of approximately 850 m². Bids are due by 11 August 2026.
