"EDUTECH campus“ - Komplexná rekonštrukcia školského internátu

The Trenčiansky samosprávny kraj is procuring comprehensive reconstruction of a school dormitory building within the EDUTECH campus, a seven-storey structure with one basement level. The scope includes converting interior spaces, replacing the room-based accommodation system with bunk units each with private bathrooms, adding a new fire staircase, renovating the 7th floor from attic to full storey with flat roof, installing new internal systems and fire protection (EPS and HSP), adding photovoltaic panels to the roof, establishing an energy storage battery facility in the basement, and replacing the lift, all in compliance with EU sustainability taxonomy requirements. The estimated value is approximately 4.21 million EUR with submissions due by 4 August 2026.
