Municipality of Petrich is procuring compliance assessment reports and construction supervision services for investment projects across 17 separate lots with a total estimated value of 114,674.46 EUR (excluding VAT). The contractor must evaluate whether investment project designs comply with building code requirements, assist with project approval and building permits, provide construction supervision through to project completion and commissioning, coordinate safety and health procedures, prepare final reports and technical documentation, and manage defect remediation during warranty periods. Lots 1–14 are open for competitive tender with submissions due by 12 August 2026, while lots 15–17 will be awarded based on individual value assessments.
