Toulouse Métropole is procuring a framework agreement for regulatory diagnostic services on its real estate and industrial infrastructure assets over 2026–2030, covering asbestos surveys, lead risk assessments, termite and wood-damaging organism inspections, and associated pollutant detection, with an estimated maximum value of €3.2 million for lot 1 (building and infrastructure diagnostics) and €600,000 for lot 2 (industrial sites and water cycle facilities).
