The Pловдив Municipality is procuring design and construction supervision services for upgrading the Traffic Management System (TMS) in Plovdiv, comprising technical design and site supervision for new traffic light installations and modifications to existing traffic signals across 20 intersections in the city. The scope includes two project types: Type 1 design (9 intersections) involving civil works for new structures or utilities, and Type 2 design (11 intersections) requiring equipment replacement without civil works, with accessibility considerations for 3 specified intersections, all under the "Introduction of Ecological, Clean and Integrated Urban Transport in Plovdiv" project funded by the Regional Development Programme 2021–2027.
